IT Support Specialist
Job Summary
BCIC Swiss GmbH (Best Connect International Company) is looking for a Full‑time, On‑site IT Support Specialist in Basel, Switzerland.
Location & Hours
Basel, Switzerland. Full‑time, On‑site. 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities
* Provide first‑ or second‑level support and problem resolution for customer issues.
* Work with third‑party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
* Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents and provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
* Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber authorizations.
* Support Apple PC users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
* Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
* Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software problems.
Requirements
* Valid work permit in Switzerland.
* Several years of experience in the IT field.
* English and German fluency (minimum B2). Local language/German required.
