Tasks
As a Sales and Technical Representative, your role will be crucial in the commercial and technical development of the company's product range:
* Define market strategies and goals for each product line.
* Identify and qualify new business prospects.
* Conduct market research to assess customer needs.
* Present tailored technical solutions to meet manufacturing demands.
* Follow up on leads and conduct regular client visits (50–80% travel time).
* Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Keep up with market trends and industry advancements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
* 5–10 years of experience in a similar technical sales role, ideally within the machine tools industry.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English (German is a plus).
* Team player with the ability to interact across different levels of the organization.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel for business purposes.
