We are seeking a Contract Manager - Real Estate (Switzerland) responsible for the Source-to-Pay process.
The Contract Manager oversees the end-to-end SCM process, from project initiation, supplier sourcing, and procurement to contract execution. Responsibilities include goods and/or services receipt, project evaluation, closure, and optimizing costs, timelines, and quality for successful project outcomes.

How you'll make an impact
1. Planning & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timeline, procurement needs, specific requirements for goods, services, or contractors, quality standards, and other essential criteria.
2. Supplier Sourcing & Prequalification: Conduct market research to identify service providers meeting project requirements. Evaluate and prequalify suppliers, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and deliverables.
3. Procurement Process: Manage the entire procure-to-pay process, including RFP/RFQ, proposal evaluation (technical specs, service requirements, timelines, costs), bid process management, bid evaluation, proposal analysis, vendor creation, PR/PO issuance, goods/services receipt, invoice matching, and payment processing.
4. Contract Monitoring & Performance Management: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring, compliance, amendments, closeout, and post-project evaluation.
5. Finance: Track costs against actual payments and communicate with vendors regarding invoicing.
6. Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, resolve issues, track procurement progress, and report on project status.
7. Health, Safety & Environment: Uphold the highest standards to ensure a safe working environment, implementing necessary safety measures to mitigate hazards and risks.

Your background
* Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related fields.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate and/or facility management.
* Experience managing industrial property projects under various contractual models is advantageous.
* Strong skills in project management, contract negotiation, and the source-to-pay process.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Ariba.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Resilient, proactive, reliable, independent, and a team player.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and dynamic.
* Fluent in German and English.
