Procurement Analyst
will support the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, partnering with Procurement, Legal, IT, and project teams to ensure successful configuration, deployment, and adoption of the system. This role combines procurement expertise, CLM process knowledge, and project execution skills to enable standardized, compliant, and efficient contract management.
Responsibilities:
CLM Implementation & Project Support
Support end-to-end implementation of the CLM platform, from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization. Act as a liaison between Procurement, Legal, IT, and CLM vendors/system integrators. Assist with project planning, milestones, risks, and issue tracking. Coordinate testing activities (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution. Support change management, communications, and training activities.
Procurement & Contract Process Expertise
Document and validate current-state and future-state procurement and contract workflows. Support configuration of CLM modules (request, authoring, approvals, negotiation, execution, repository). Ensure alignment between CLM workflows and procurement policies, delegation of authority, and compliance requirements. Assist with contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, and approval matrices.
Stakeholder Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide day-to-day support to procurement users during rollout and hypercare. Capture feedback and improvement opportunities post-implementation. Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training materials.
