Job SummaryECS's Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day organization and administrative support of ECS’s office in Zürich. This role will involve coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies and maintenance, working across several departments to support other staff members, and handling vendor relationships. The Office Manager will also play a key role in creating and maintaining office policies, supporting HR functions, and facilitating smooth communication within the company. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to learn and progressively grow their role within the company over time.A strong knowledge of German and English is required for this position, but please submit all applications in English to be considered.Key Responsibilities:·Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.·Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as necessary.·Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries, vendors, and service providers.·Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, including workspace organization and cleanliness.·Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.·Maintain and update office policies and procedures.·Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.·Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office budgets in collaboration with the finance team.·Facilitate internal communications and serve as a liaison between departments.·Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.·Address and resolve administrative issues to maintain smooth office operations.Qualifications:·Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.·Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.·Familiarity with Swiss HR practices, labor laws, and office budgeting is a plus.·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or a related field preferred. jidd74e112a jit0624a jiy25a
