Your responsibility
1. As the Leadership & Talent Academy Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our annual Leadership Development and Talent Development programs, ensuring each offering is operationally seamless.
2. You will manage the full spectrum of program logistics-from securing training venues and coordinating with external coaches and trainers to preparing materials in multiple languages-guaranteeing smooth program delivery. Your responsibilities will also include comprehensive participant management, such as sending program invitations, addressing inquiries, and administering as well as evaluating pre- and post-program surveys to enhance participant experience.
3. In this role, you will maintain and update our digital platforms, including intranet sites, ensuring that all offerings are up-to-date and accessible for our participants. You will take the lead in procurement activities, oversee invoice processing, and monitor budgets, ensuring financial processes run smoothly and compliantly.
4. You will also take ownership of smaller projects within the Leadership & Talent Academy, driving their planning and execution alongside your coordination responsibilities.
5. Additionally, you will drive process optimization by identifying and implementing opportunities to digitize and automate workflows, increasing efficiency and scalability across our operations.
Your qualification
6. Demonstrated expertise in coordinating administrative and logistical tasks for Leadership & Talent Development programs, combined with a strong interest in Leadership and Talent Development topics.
7. Excel in planning, organization, and collaborative teamwork, demonstrating strong attention to detail to ensure seamless operations and program delivery.
8. High customer and service orientation, bringing a proactive, solution focused mindset approach to work.
9. Enjoy being in contact with internal and external partners and communicate with a high level of professionalism.
10. Manage procurement, invoice processing, and budget oversight with accuracy and strict compliance.
11. Drive process improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability across workflows.
12. Proven advanced proficiency in MS365, Learning Management Systems, and digital tools.
13. Fluency in English and German; further languages are an asset.
