The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE segments. The Cluster Sales Manager conducts regular sales calls and client visits, attends trade shows and industry events, and organizes site inspections and familiarization trips to showcase the hotels. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales reports and forecasts, monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of pricing, promotions, and service delivery.
