Proclinical is seeking an R&D Quality Specialist to oversee and support the qualification and lifecycle management of analytical instruments. This role involves ensuring compliance with GMP standards and acting as a liaison between local QA, ARD, and service providers. You will play a key role in maintaining the instrument database and supporting training programs.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
* Perform and supervise instrument qualification activities and change control processes.
* Manage calibration and re-qualification of instruments.
* Serve as the contact point for inquiries regarding instrument-related processes.
* Maintain the GMP management system for analytical instruments.
* Coordinate updates to the validation master plan.
* Provide advice on instrument-related issues and deviations.
* Support training programs for employees and contractors.
* Write and review qualification documents and guidelines.
* Compare calibration results with instrument requirements.
* Support audits, inspections, and laboratory walk-throughs.
