Luxury Experts is currently seeking talented multilingual premium - luxury retail Sales Advisors / Client Advisors for its client’s Boutique located in the heart of Zurich’s fashionable shopping district.
Job Description
* Provide a unique experience to a local and an international clientele
* Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts
* Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases
* Assist team members in the sales process as per established boutique protocols
* Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and various outreach strategies
* Provide superior after-sale service to all clients
* Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact
* Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with visual standards
* Contribute to the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
Job Requirements
* Strong luxury retail sales experience in timepieces and / or jewellery
* Outstanding sales, clientelling & customer service skills
* Sales & goals driven
* Excellent commercial awareness and customer facing attitude
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and help each other out towards success
* Fluency in German and English, other language skills would be highly valuable
* Proven experience in a similar position within a watch retail environment
* Very flexible to retail working hours and changing shifts
