As part of our growth in Geneva, we are opening a new boutique and creating a key leadership role. Your mission
As Head of Boutique, you will be accountable for the boutique's overall success, from building and leading the team, to driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with Sweetzerland's brand standards.
What you will lead
* Recruit, onboard and manage a high-performing boutique team
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and premium service standards
* Drive sales performance & key KPIs (conversion, average basket, repeat clients)
* Ensure operational excellence (planning, stock flow, service routines)
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising & brand consistency
* Contribute to the boutique opening and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in premium retail, hospitality, luxury service or high-end F&B
* Strong team leadership experience (store management / assistant manager / boutique lead)
* Agile, hands-on mindset and strong accountability
* Naturally service-oriented, with strong sales instincts and attention to detail
* High energy and motivation
* Fluent French + English (additional languages are a plus)
