System Engineer X As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (M/F) full-time. This position offers varied activities within our headquarters in Yverdon-les-Bains to serve our different clients spread across Switzerland. Profile You hold an engineering degree with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in systems (or equivalent titles/experiences). You have confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role. You possess confirmed technical knowledge in system and Cloud environments (detailed description below). You have experience in managing technical projects, which implies autonomy, a methodical approach, and analytical skills. You are able to manage your priorities and have good stress resistance. You are open-minded, exhibit team spirit, and possess a strong collaborative mindset. You are a French speaker and have excellent command of English. You hold a driving license and are able to travel. You are based in Switzerland or have a residency/work permit. Your tasks You participate in the design and implementation of on-premise, Cloud, or complex hybrid solutions and architectures. You are able to advise, audit, integrate, operate, and support our clients' IT environments. You keep our clients' technology up to date. You support sales by participating in technical prospecting activities, taking charge of certain portfolio solutions to ensure their developments are tracked, and actively participating in technological monitoring activities. Technical Knowledge Different Windows server/VSI roles (e.g., Vmware vSphere, Proxmox, Microsoft HyperV). Backup management (e.g., Veeam). Active Directory directory service (ADDS, ADFS), certificate management (ADCS), identity management in the Cloud (EntraID) and multi-factor authentication. Exchange messaging (On-premise) or Exchange Online (Cloud). Deployment & management of endpoints (e.g., Intune, MECM, profiles such as FS Logix). Endpoint security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Bitlocker, etc.). Cloud environments in IaaS mode (e.g., Microsoft Azure). Scripting (e.g., PowerShell). Third-party services (e.g., backup, SAN or NAS storage solutions like Dell PowerStore/object storage such as Scality Artesca, Dell HCI or SDS such as Vmware vSAN, Microsoft Azure Local, VDI endpoints like Horizon, Microsoft AVD). Microsoft file services (e.g., DFSN, DFSR). VoIP or unified communications services (e.g., Microsoft). Service management (e.g., Terraform, CMS like SharePoint Online). Monitoring (e.g., Zabbix). Firewalling (e.g., Fortinet). Networking skills (e.g., switching, wireless). Knowledge of project management processes (e.g., PMI).
