Reporting to the Director Legal Office, this position has both a local and an international scope of activity in a wide range of legal areas, with particular emphasis on data protection, as well as on legal and contractual aspects of digital and AI tools and services.
Your responsibilities:
· Managing - and be a center of expertise for - data protection matters
· Legal counselling to the Group's business segments on various legal areas, including in academic, scientific, and commercial matters, with strong focus on the procurement of digital/IT solutions, including AI technologies
· Contracts drafting and negotiation in these areas
· General legal advice in diverse fields of private and public laws
· Support to the Director Legal Office on other strategic matters
Your profile
· Master of Swiss law ideal/ Bar admission is a plus
· Strong command of Swiss and European data protection laws and regulations
· Experience in contracts drafting and negotiation
· Excellent general legal skills (including public laws/administrative procedure)
· French - Mother Tongue
· English - Minimum C1

Experience:
