Avanade is looking for Business Development Managers who are deal hunters, deal makers, originators, and self-starters capable of developing and winning new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions.
For this role, we seek individuals with experience in net new sales, specifically selling AI-powered business solutions and consulting services (e.g., CRM, ERP, Modern Workplace) to enterprise clients.

Skills and experiences
* Experience selling digital transformation and consulting services focused on AI Business Solutions such as CRM, ERP, and Modern Workplace.
* Experience selling across multiple solution areas like Apps & Infra and Modern Workplace, ideally involving enterprise-scale consulting and global delivery. Ability to inspire solutions infused with GenAI and Copilot.
* Experience working with Microsoft and partner networks to grow your business.
* Ability to identify and apply effective solutions quickly to overcome obstacles.
* Proven success as a business development hunter with strong closure skills.
* Ability to act as a trusted advisor addressing client business needs.
* Experience driving solutions-based sales at the C-suite level, positioning value-based contracts aligned with customer KPIs.

* Identify high-potential transformation deals and lead entire sales cycles.
* Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new clients engaging with Avanade for the first time.
* Collaborate with partners to generate new business.
* Build a pipeline for growth, including statements of work and contracts.
* Engage with clients to build trust, gain referrals, and close deals.
* Maintain current market knowledge and understanding of competitors and service penetration.
