Proclinical is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on ensuring quality standards are met within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the cardiovascular therapy area. You will play a key role in process and risk analysis, documentation, and quality management, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop process and risk analyses.
2. Create work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and training documents.
3. Manage changes, deviations, and actions within the quality management system.
4. Implement global visual inspection guidelines into local processes and work instructions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, automation, and quality departments.
Key Skills and Requirements:
6. Academic background in natural sciences (FH or university degree).
7. Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry, ideally within a GMP-regulated environment.
8. Proficiency in creating process and risk analyses in a GMP setting.
9. Ability to work independently, quickly grasp new topics, and build project-specific expertise.
10. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, even under pressure.
11. A proactive mindset with the ability to question existing processes and propose improvements.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
13. Fluency in German (negotiation level) and good command of English, both written and spoken.
