Responsibilities
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory.
* Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects—loan officers, branch managers, and real estate agents—into Knock partners.
* Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume.
* Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement.
* Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers.
* Lead strategic initiatives to grow top‑of‑funnel engagement and drive repeat applications.
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications.
* Champion collaboration and contribute to a high‑performing, positive team culture.
Experience
* Current or former Wholesale Account Executive.
* Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders.
* Performance-driven mindset with a focus on partner success.
* Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting and uplifting others.
* Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary and Perks
Pay range: $80K - $100K
