Working closely with colleagues across PwC's Legal, Compliance, Consulting and Technology teams, you will contribute to integrated, end to end regulatory transformation projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. /p /p p p p Zurich /p p By Agreement /p p 100% /p p Tax, Legal and Workforce /p p Everyone welcome /p p ID: WD /p /p /p /p /p /article section id="impact-skill" p p h2bYour Impact /b /h2 ulliAnalyse new and evolving regulatory requirements and translate them into clear business, process and operating model implications. /liliDesign pragmatic target processes, controls and governance structures that embed regulatory requirements into day to day operations. /liliEnable end to end regulatory implementation projects, from regulatory interpretation and solution design to operational rollout and adoption. /liliShape and coordinate cross functional teams across legal, compliance, business, operations and IT to deliver implementable solutions. /liliConvert complex legal and regulatory texts into actionable business requirements, policies, procedures and system specifications. /liliDrive implementation roadmaps and support execution, ensuring solutions are risk appropriate, scalable and aligned with business objectives. /liliContribute to change and adoption by supporting training concepts, communication materials and implementation guidance. /liliBuild trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a reliable point of contact throughout regulatory initiatives. /li /ul /p p h2bYour Skill Set /b /h2 ulliUniversity degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in a regulated environment with hands on involvement in regulatory or compliance implementation initiatives. /liliStrong capability to translate regulatory requirements into business processes, operating models and practical solutions. /liliSolid understanding of how regulation impacts business operations, controls, systems and organisational structures. /liliProven experience in project based environments with strong coordination and delivery skills. /liliConfidence working at the interface of legal, compliance, business and technology teams. /liliFluency in English; German is a strong advantage. /li /ul /p /p /section section id="benefits" p h2Your Benefits /h2 p p Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) – unless you’re at your clients’ premises, which is of course always the priority.
