Due to the imminent retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for an open, responsible and technically experienced person who is passionate about advising, selling and developing customised solutions for customers.
Your tasks
- You personally advise and support the French-speaking customers of French-speaking Switzerland on site, in the showroom and in collaboration with architectural firms.
- You take note of customer needs, develop customised solutions for kitchens, bathrooms and interior design, and integrate your technical knowledge into your advisory service.
- You prepare quotes, plans, calculations and order confirmations using modern planning and sales tools.
- You coordinate the transfer of projects to internal implementation and support them according to your experience.
- If you are interested and have experience in this area, you can take on additional tasks in the technical preparation of construction sites, project coordination or support of the workshop and assembly.
Your profile
- Native French speaker, good oral knowledge of German is desirable, or willingness to develop it.
- Technical knowledge in carpentry, kitchen construction, timber construction, interior design or a related field.
- Development of customised solutions focused on the needs of our customers.
- Open, communicative, winning personality with a sense of responsibility.
- Technical and economic understanding and willingness to develop in the long term.
