Our roughly 150 employees work in a demanding environment that offers many individual development opportunities and is characterized by a collegial atmosphere. We are looking for a wellness reception staff member immediately or by agreement. The workload corresponds to approximately 40‑60%. We also consider a wage‑by‑the‑hour arrangement and would appreciate your desired remuneration.

* Warm welcome of our wellness guests and expert introduction to the “Akari Spa”
* Processing personal, telephone and written reservation requests for wellness services such as massages, cosmetics treatments, etc.
* Scheduling services in the booking system “TAC”
* Final posting and billing of rendered services
Dein Profil
* Completed commercial training and at least one year of experience in a similar position
* Organizational skills to plan treatments and assignments of wellness staff sensibly
* Open personality that brings joy in dealing with guests and recognizes customer wishes
* Flexibility (weekend duties) and very good German and English language skills
