To complement the MSP team of our INOX, we are looking for a qualified Socio-Professional Master (M/F) for the support of workers at a workload rate of 50%. Mission You will provide tailored support to develop autonomy and enhance the capabilities of workers through activities and manual tasks. You will be dedicated to broadening and maintaining their skills according to their individual project, needs, and desires. You will consolidate specialized activities for sales and ensure their operation in synergy with your colleagues. Responsibilities Propose support related to activities of items intended for sale. Facilitate workers through a professional activity by contributing to and following up on their individual project. Ensure, through appropriate pedagogical means and targeted activities, the acquisition of new social skills by workers. Work in an interdisciplinary mode while respecting institutional policies. Promote and ensure tasks related to workers and manage reflections during interdisciplinary exchanges and collaborate actively with internal and external networks, families, and develop Inox. Desired Profile Qualification in socio-professional education ES, social ES-HES or an equivalent title is essential. Knowledge and interest in developing activities and interest in designing marketable items. Experience in supporting people with disabilities presenting intellectual disabilities with difficulties in follow-up and management marked for the development of new actions and task sharing; ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and programs.
