Responsibilities
* Translate business needs into technical requirements, focusing on integration and connectivity
* Advise on system and data changes, assessing their impact on operations and IT infrastructure
* Lead the technical implementation of system integration and connectivity by evaluating, selecting, and deploying future‑ready solutions aligned with evolving business needs
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions aligned with IT standards. Guiding internal and external Engineers and Developers, supporting Business Analysts
* Ensure consistent use of change management standards, templates, and documentation
* Promote a positive Safety Culture by ensuring compliance with Safety and Quality policies
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in system design and integration
* Background in system and application integration, ideally including SaaS and operational technology
* Solid understanding of integration patterns, standards, and governance models, including security concepts
* Hands‑on experience with microservices, event‑driven architectures, and protocols such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
* Project experience integrating SAP and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) preferred
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
