* Organization of import/export shipments within Europe
* Contact with customers and suppliers
* Verification of customer creditworthiness
* Continuous optimization of processes
* Collaboration with the Martigny team and DSV branches
* Discretion in handling confidential information from DSV customers
Skills & Competencies
* Good command of Excel (regular use of tables, filtering, data entry, formulas)
* Proactive mindset in improving daily tasks and seeking relevant information
* Good general understanding of road transport
* Clear and effective communication skills
Educational
* Commercial apprenticeship
* Relevant working experience
Language Skills
* Fluent in English andFrench
* German is an asset
Computer Literacy
* MS office skilles, SAP
