As part of the development of its services, Crans-Montana Food & Beverage SA is looking for: Gastronomy Manager (M/F) – Permanent Contract, between 90% and 100%. Summary of Functions: The Gastronomy Manager manages the Gastronomy department of the Crans-Montana ski area, which includes ten restaurants, fast food outlets, bars, and events. They define and implement the culinary vision, oversee teams, offerings, capacities, and financial performance, and ensure a consistent and quality customer experience. The position reports directly to the General Director and plays a key role within the management team. Responsibilities: Drive the performance of the establishments and ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and policies. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams in a demanding environment, manage stocks and inventories, control quality, compliance, safety, and maintenance. Implement effective measures to improve productivity and quality. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective actions. Coordinate large-scale events and ensure their success while managing the financial aspects of the units: budgets, cost control, and profitability monitoring. Define and deploy the development strategy in line with management, considering market trends and growth opportunities. Professional Requirements: Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Proven experience in a similar managerial position, ideally in a winter sports and leisure environment. Strong management skills and performance monitoring. Mobility between different sites.
