Successful candidates will join a collaborative team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of delivering quality, compliance, and operational excellence to clients portfolios, programmes and projects.brProvides visible Health and Safety advice and management to project(s), provides guidance and assurance to project team/s and business.brstrongYou’ll Be Responsible Forbr/strongulliDrives the implementation and compliance of business health safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards on assigned project(s). /liliUndertakes site walkdown audits and reporting. /liliManaging preparation of external ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards. /liliMonitors and assists with the creation and coordination of the inspection and audit schedule, undertakes and provides support for operational health safety and wellbeing (HSW) inspections and audits. /liliProvides Input and participates in the development of new and updates to existing standards. /liliAnalyses and interprets results of reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports and key performance indicators (KPI’)s, ensuring mechanisms are in place to enable accurate measurement, reporting and rectification - identifies gaps for improvement and develops mitigation plans with operations to support rectification. /liliContributes to and manages incident investigations in line with business procedures. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
