Senior Hands-On IT Project Manager - Integration
Our client operates within a large, international corporate environment with a complex enterprise IT landscape. The organization runs business?critical systems and delivers large?scale transformation and integration initiatives.
Description
* Lead end?to?end IT projects focused on system integration and ESB platforms
* Take direct ownership of project execution beyond coordination and governance
* Drive integration initiatives involving ESB, middleware, APIs, and data flows
* Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards
* Manage dependencies across multiple enterprise applications and teams
* Facilitate functional and technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable IT and integration requirements
* Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators
* Actively challenge technical designs, estimates, and delivery assumptions
* Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget
Profile
Candidates must meet all criteria below.
* Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in complex environments
* Proven, hands?on delivery experience on ESB or enterprise integration projects
* Strong understanding of system integration concepts (middleware, APIs, data flows)
* Demonstrated ability to personally produce project artifacts (plans, RAID, specs)
* Experience managing multi?application, interdependent IT landscapes
* Ability to operate at execution level (not PMO or steering?only roles)
* Comfortable working closely with architects, developers, and integrators
* Strong ownership mindset with accountability for delivery outcomes
* String communication skills
Job Offer

* Contract type: 6?month mission via Michael Page, with potential internalisation
* Workload: 40 hours per week
