* Monitor and coordinate handling and transport activities for equipment transfers.
* Review and follow up on requests submitted through Kiosk and EDH, ensuring that all required approvals are obtained.
* Liaise with stakeholders and transport teams to ensure timely execution and resolve any issues that may arise during the transfer process.

Qualifications
* Capability to work with MS tools, excel tables and professional software's and systems (e.g ERP, logistics/transports software, inventory management systems)
* Good organizational skills.
* Ability to follow up and coordinate activities.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work with different stakeholders.
* Basic knowledge of handling and transport processes.
* Proactive and reliable.
* education or equivalent technical/administrative qualification.
* Additional training or experience in logistics, transport, or operations coordination would be an advantage.
