Contribute to deploy Boutique excellence Program
1. Work on the definition of Cartier Retail Standards to support our boutiques in their value strategy
2. Identify, evaluate and promote solutions available for boutiques to implement efficiently these standards
3. Design a global framework to monitor boutique adherence to these standards at all level in the organization (Market, Regions, International)
Develop and deploy Retail operations solutions
4. Support continuous improvement of internal governance to identify critical operations for enhancement and collaborate with internal experts to increase retail operational efficiency
5. Design communication and training materials for smooth implementation of retail excellence solutions
6. Identify local needs and specificities to support regions
7. Embody an agile methodology to deliver high-quality solutions quickly to the markets
Manage the Retail solution library and sustain the adoption of the digital platform
8. Lead the development of the digital platform supporting the adoption of the solution library, managing an external digital agency to enhance the platform with new capabilities for the Boutique Excellence program
9. Identify impactful local initiatives with the potential for global scaling
10. Animate the Retail operation focal points in markets and regions
Active contributor to the entire scope of Retail excellence department
11. Work transversally on various retail excellence topics
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
12. You have 6-8 years’ experience in luxury, Industry or FMCG sectors
13. You have a retail background and previous experience in a boutique or in a local office retail function
14. You possess a client centered mindset
15. You have project management skills with strong interpersonal skills to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond. An experience process optimization is strongly recommended
16. You demonstrate the drive and flexibility to engage transversal teams (including expert teams) to meet deadlines and deliver results.
17. You are familiar with an agile methodology way of working and an experience in digital tool would be a plus
18. You speak English fluently
