Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOverall finance and controlling responsibility for entities across Switzerland, Austria, Singapore, Asia and the US /li liEnsure timely, accurate and high‑quality financial reporting, including actuals, budgets, forecasts and multi‑year plans, in line with group standards /li liLead and further develop finance processes, tools and systems to continuously improve efficiency, transparency and scalability /li liMaintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations /li liAct as primary finance interface for internal and external audits /li liOwn and further develop the transfer pricing framework in close collaboration with Group Tax and external advisors /li liResponsibility for statutory accounts, annual filings, corporate income tax returns as well as VAT and withholding tax declarations /li liOversight of payroll processes for Switzerland, Austria and the US /li liPrepare management reports, analyses and decision papers for senior management /li liBuild, lead and develop a high‑performing international finance team /li liDirect management responsibility for multiple senior finance professionals /li liLead international teams across different seniority levels and cultural backgrounds /li liDrive consistent standards, accountability and performance across all finance functions within scope /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in finance, Accounting, Controlling or a related field /li liA Swiss federal diploma such as Eidg. dipl. Experte in Rechnungslegung Controlling is highly preferred /li liMinimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role /li liProven background in international finance and controlling, ideally within industrial, high‑tech or manufacturing environments /li liStrong expertise in IFRS and statutory accounting, Tax and transfer pricing, Internal control systems /li liSolid SAP knowledge and strong proficiency in BI tools, Power BI and Excel /li liExperience in project, transformation or change management is an advantage /li liStrong leader with a convincing and credible personality /li liHigh integrity, independence and professional judgement /li liHands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset /li liAble to operate effectively under pressure and during tight closing cycles /li liStrong communication skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels /li liCost‑and performance‑oriented, with a genuine interest in business partnership /li liFluency in English is required, very good German skills a big plus /li /ul pThis is a senior finance leadership role with direct exposure to top management and a broad international remit, offering high visibility and impact.
