Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our Canon Customer Experts team in Greece. As a customer support representative, you will provide expert assistance to German-speaking customers who use Canon's digital cameras, printers, and photocopiers.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills in German, as well as good communication skills in English. You will also possess technical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that customers face.

Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
* Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
* Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
* Work towards reaching targets set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
* Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
* Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling frequently asked questions effectively
