Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Switzerland. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn portfolio‑level release planning, readiness, and cross‑region, cross‑product-line delivery governance. /li liEnsure release readiness across product lines for quality, cybersecurity, sustainability, regulatory, and documentation requirements. /li liSynchronize release scope, content, and timelines across product lines and regions. /li liGovern lean‑agile release processes at portfolio level using the Siemens agile framework to enhance development productivity. /li liIdentify, manage, and mitigate cross‑product‑line dependencies, risks, and impediments affecting delivery commitments. /li liDrive alignment between Product Lines, Product Development, Quality, and Architecture to enable predictable releases. /li liProvide transparent reporting on release status, risks, readiness, and key performance indicators to portfolio and business stakeholders. /li liCoordinate portfolio‑level go‑live activities and ensure consistent execution of the overall release plan. /li liFacilitate Release Readiness Reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No‑Go decisions. /li liLead and coordinate the global Release Management community to ensure consistent practices and synchronized execution across projects and regions. /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. /li li10+ years of experience in release management, portfolio delivery, or large‑scale product lifecycle coordination within a global technology environment. /li liExperience in fire safety, building technologies, or related systems is a strong plus. /li liConsistent track record in environments with high regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements. /li liSolid understanding of product lifecycle processes, lean‑agile delivery models, and release governance; good grasp of DevOps and software delivery excellence. /li liCertifications in Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) or Project Management are an advantage. /li liValidated leadership experience managing global teams and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liStrong ability to manage cross‑regional and cross‑product dependencies at portfolio level. /li liProficiency with collaboration and lifecycle tools (e.g., Confluence, IBM JAZZ, Microsoft 365); interest in AI technologies is welcome. /li liAnalytical mindset with experience in KPI‑based performance monitoring and risk management. /li liFull proficiency in English communication skills; German is a plus. /li /ul h3Employee Benefits /h3 ul li2–3 days per week of mobile working is standard. /li liAccess to employee share programs. /li liAdditional employee benefits details are provided upon request. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
