At the Belle Saison Foundation, recognised as a public interest organisation, we have a clear mission: to offer humane, respectful and innovative support to those who need it most. Present throughout the La Côte region, our Foundation brings together 5 medico-social establishments (EMS), 4 temporary reception centres (CAT) and 3 protected housing units (LP), offering a range of services adapted to each situation.

Main missions:
Provide individualised care to residents according to the scope of competence;
Respond to the needs of resident support;
Participate in the supervision of trainees and apprentices.
Required skills:
A nursing diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross;
An interest in irregular hours and interdisciplinary work;
Good interpersonal skills and proactivity;
Good knowledge of IT tools and French (spoken and written);
