Your challenge
1. Own the product vision and roadmap, supporting the transformation from CRM 7.0 (on premise) to SAP S/4HANA CM (Customer Management)
2. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including release planning
3. Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements
4. Translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories
5. Drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation to successful delivery
6. Ensure data quality, process consistency, and compliance
7. Support adoption through training, communication, and change management
8. Enable and drive system adoption across multiple countries
Your qualifications
9. Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
10. Several years proven experience as a Consultant in a CRM related environment, ideally with SAP CRM or S/4HANA CM
11. Strong understanding of sales, service, and customer processes
12. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence, Azure DevOps, all MS office applications etc.
13. Experience in global rollouts and change management
14. Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
15. Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
16. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders also in high management positions
17. Knowledge of data, BI, or marketing automation is an advantage
18. Fluent in German and English
