We are looking for a Sr Lead, Marketing Program Manager – Brand Foundation to drive the execution of brand foundation initiatives within our Global Creative Studio. This role sits within the Program Management organization and reports to the Global Head of Program Management.
Your mission
* Brand Foundation Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of brand foundation initiatives including brand identity development, packaging systems, visual identity evolution, and brand guideline creation. Ensure projects are structured clearly and delivered with excellence in craft and execution.
* Creative Studio Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure the right talent is activated at the right moment in the project lifecycle. Support the creative process from strategy and identity development through design refinement and implementation.
* Brand System Implementation: Ensure brand identity systems, packaging programs, and brand assets are implemented consistently across channels and markets. Support the global rollout of brand foundations and maintain alignment with the broader global brand plan.
* Cross Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with partners across Digital, Retail, Marketing, Product, and Regional hubs to ensure brand initiatives are integrated across all touchpoints and executed with global consistency.
* Studio Project Management: Operate as the project lead for branding initiatives within the Creative Studio, structuring timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to enable efficient collaboration between design, strategy, copywriting, and production teams.
* Operational Excellence: Contribute to the Creative Studio’s global delivery engine by applying structured workflows and program management frameworks to branding initiatives, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
Your story
* You bring +8 years of experience in marketing project management, branding management or other marketing related fields.
* You have proven experience delivering complex global campaigns and a wide variety of projects, including brand identity, digital projects, and evergreen asset.
* You’re comfortable breaking down silos by effectively aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
* You have a deep understanding of creative processes, production lifecycles, and marketing ecosystems.
* You are adept at working effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with flexibility to adapt.
* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
