The MarCom Coordinator (a) supports the MarCom Team within the 6-month internship in the operational implementation of all marketing and communications measures without a strategic leadership role. The role ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, coordinates internal and external interfaces, and ensures the timely implementation of MarCom activities.
Your tasks
* Operational support for marketing and communications projects
* Maintenance and management of marketing materials, data and content
* Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
* Administrative tasks (orders, appointments, filing, documentation)
* Ensuring CI/CD guidelines are followed in all measures
* Efficient, structured and quality‑assured implementation of MarCom activities to support corporate communications and brand presence.
Your profile
* Commercial education or an education in the creative, media or communications field, further training in marketing.
* High quality awareness, creativity, precise, independent and reliable working style, very good in communication, team spirit and humour.
* Proficient in using Office tools and the Adobe Suite.
* The general working languages are German and English; Italian is an advantage.
* Understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
* Good organisational skills, high flexibility and initiative
* Strong communication and analytical skills
