To strengthen our team, we are looking for an PPE Assistant (100%).
PPE Assistant 100%Your mission You will work closely with our PPE and contribute to the proper management of our co-ownerships.
Your role will be essential to ensure rigorous follow-up and smooth contact with the co-owners.
Main responsibilities:- Assist PPE in the daily management of co-ownership portfolios- Prepare the minutes of general meetings- Draft correspondence and ensure follow-up on files- Address requests from co-owners and external stakeholders- Participate in handling claims and following up on technical interventions- Ensure the updating and filing of requested information Your experience and skills:- Confirmed experience, ideally in real estate- Mastery of French (oral and written); German and/or English is a plus- Comfortable with tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ideally real estate software)- Knowledge of the real estate field or PPE is desired Qualities:- Rigor and sense of priorities- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit- Dynamism, versatility, and customer service capacity What we offer: A pleasant working environment and a supportive team, along with the opportunity to join a family business with strong values and in full expansion: Lausanne.
