Senior Business Analyst – Commodities Trading | Geneva | Hybrid (1‑2 days/week in office)

The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be key to delivering transformation projects across commodities trading systems and processes.
Responsibilities
* Write and refine User Stories, map business processes, and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions
* Work closely with traders, developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver requirements
* Support migrations from legacy to modern trading systems
* Shape testing and risk frameworks to ensure high‑quality outcomes
* Deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions that add measurable business value
This role is ideal for those ready to step into a manager position, or for senior consultants seeking a pathway toward partnership.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within commodities trading
* In‑depth understanding of the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle
* Experience in commodities such as Oil & Gas or Energy/Power
* Fluent French (preferred for Geneva‑based role)
* Consultancy background in financial or capital markets
* Hands‑on experience with software and trading platforms, including but not limited to: Allegro, Orchestrade, Murex, Findur, Endur
* Based in Geneva (client office locations in the surrounding region)
* Hybrid model – usually 1‑2 days per week in the office (client dependent)
* Must hold Swiss residency / right to work in Switzerland
