Job description
Management of brand and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:
* Advising Group companies on the protection of their brands and design at both national and international level
* Conducting availability searches for trademarks and monitoring newly registered trademarks and designs
* Filing, renewing, and analyzing brand and design portfolios
* Instructing external lawyers
* Identifying potential issues and developing solutions to obtain protection
* Handling disputes, in some cases in collaboration with external lawyers at national and international levels
* Monitoring processes and deadlines
* Completing formalities required to maintain rights
* Reporting and various administrative tasks related to portfolio management
