As a Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer, you will be the key driver in establishing a modern, collaborative work culture for our clients. You will guide them from the initial concept through to the final implementation, ensuring their success.

The Role:
Lead Innovation: Proactively develop and implement a consistent Microsoft 365 roadmap to anticipate and meet evolving user needs.
Architect Solutions: Ensure user and business needs are met across the entire Office 365 suite, from defining governance to implementing services like:
* Microsoft Endpoint (Intune)
* Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
* Microsoft Exchange Online
* Migration concept and realization
Provide Expertise: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and offer 3rd-level support for our managed services.
Consult and Implement: Lead customer workshops, execute consulting and conception tasks, and provide technical support to our sales team.
Ensure Stability: Carry out planned maintenance work and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedural standards.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
You are a proactive, communicative generalist with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies.
Education: Completed IT training (e.g., Systems Engineering with EFZ, System Technician HF, or equivalent). A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Core Technical Skills: Proven, strong technical expertise in:
* Microsoft 365 (extensive knowledge is essential)
* Intune / Microsoft Endpoint
* Software packaging
Broad Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid, broad IT knowledge across infrastructure and networking (generalist mindset is preferred).
Language Skills (Essential): Excellent German is required. Good written and spoken English and French (B2 level or higher) are a strong asset.
Mindset: Highly independent, resilient, flexible, and eager to learn. You thrive in a changing environment, enjoy immersing yourself in new topics, and are comfortable with a travel component to client sites.
