Position: Robotics Engineer Intern (Software Development Focus) Location: Zurich Duration: 6 or 12 months, Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement software solutions for robotic applications.
* Implementation of state-of-the-art foundation models for manipulation, dataset collection on hardware, integration of physics-consistent and force aware simulation.
* Contribute to the development of software architecture for robotic systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
* Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software components into robotic platforms.
* Assist in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting software issues in robotic systems.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C/C++.
* Familiarity with robotics frameworks and libraries such as ROS2 (Robot Operating System).
* Hands-on experience in working with machine learning models, including training and fine-tuning
* Problem-solving skills and a passion for robotics and technology.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
