Job responsibilities
Within our Perfumes Europe & Africa Sales and Marketing team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
6 months, from January/February 2026
Reporting to the Perfume Marketing, Digital & Communication Director Europe & Africa, you support the implementation of regional strategies within a fast-paced, international luxury environment. You contribute to key marketing activations, visual merchandising execution, distributor coordination, and business analysis.
Trade Marketing & Activations
* Contribute to the development and coordination of in-store activations, supporting key fragrance launches and promotional moments across the region.
* Help elevate the Bulgari in-store experience by creating and adapting activation guidelines that align with brand codes and customer expectations.
* Track the execution of local marketing plans, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Interior Design teams to develop and update planograms across markets, ensuring consistent product presentation and optimal retail impact.
* Support on CAPEX-related projects in domestic markets, following up on store upgrades and new openings in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Help craft, distribute and reinforce retail excellence guidelines to ensure best practices in execution across all touchpoints in-store.
* Gather and consolidate market feedback and performance reports (both qualitative and quantitative) to assess the impact of regional activations.
* Assist in the creation of launch and activation reports to track campaign outcomes, visibility, and engagement.
* Maintain and update a marketing tracker to analyze ROI and identify learnings for future activities.
Administrative & Operational Support
* Monitor and coordinate stock and product orders for internal use across the Europe & Africa Domestic and Travel Retail teams, including uniforms, VM props (cloches, trays, etc.), and sampling tools.
* Manage incentive orders linked to specific marketing or trade projects, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
* Handle key administrative tasks including Purchase Order (PO) creation, supplier onboarding, and ongoing coordination with vendors and service providers.
Profile
You are a student in the final year of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, seeking a 6-month internship in an international and dynamic environment.
Ideally, you have gained a first experience in a marketing, retail, or business operations role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry. A strong interest in fragrance and the luxury sector is key.
Curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working on a variety of transversal projects. You demonstrate strong communication and project coordination skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
With a proactive and solution-driven mindset, you are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, adapting to evolving business needs, and taking initiative when challenges arise. Business-oriented and analytical, you approach problems with both a strategic lens and operational rigor.
Above all, you are a team player who values collaboration, open communication, and building trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Finally, you are fluent in French and English and have a solid command of Excel and PowerPoint.
You must have a valid internship agreement signed by an accredited educational institution.
