Tasks The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow Myotest’s B2B activities worldwide, from a European base. You will own licensing-driven sales processes and solution sales across two distinct but complementary technology domains.
This is a hands-on role combining prospecting, deal structuring, and closing, working closely with founders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Biomechanics – B2B Licensing Sales Build and maintain a structured list of target companies (sports brands, OEMs, platforms)
Prepare sales and licensing materials explaining the value of biomechanics for runners and brands
Proactively reach out to prospects and educate them on the benefits of biomechanical analysis
Sell licensing agreements for biomechanics and AI software
Demonstrate how biomechanics improves running performance, safety, and shoe recommendation accuracy
Manage the full licensing sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
Sound by Ultrasound – Solution Sales Identify and approach museums, exhibitions, cultural venues, and other locations where private, directional sound creates strong user value
Present and sell Myotest’s ultrasound-based audio solutions
Work with partners to define use cases and integration scenarios
Close hardware + software solution deals
Go-To-Market & Partnerships Execute worldwide sales activities from a European base
Represent Myotest in meetings, demos, and industry events
Build and maintain a clear sales pipeline and partner roadmap
Provide structured market feedback to product and R&D teams
Requirements Must-Haves
3–8 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
Strong hunter mindset with experience in outbound sales
Ability to sell complex, technical products and licensing models
Comfortable engaging with technical, product, and executive stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Based in Europe and willing to travel when needed
Nice-to-Haves
Background in sports tech, biomechanics, AI, hardware, or deep-tech
Experience with software licensing or OEM partnerships
Experience selling to cultural institutions or public venues
