Then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as Sales Associate for a 6-months fixed term contract within our Montblanc Boutique in Geneva.
The Sales Associate is responsible for:
6. The achievement of sales targets, monitoring individual/boutique sales goals and identifying opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales
7. Impeccable product know-how and ability to engage clients with appropriate products / collections
8. Exemplary Customer Service as well as the management of the ASS inventory
9. The handling of (VIP)-customers, the development of long-term client relationships and the conversion of prospect clients into buying clients
10. Providing all necessary information for the customer database as per the CRM standards and contributing to the quality of the database while reviewing, updating and cleaning the data
11. Correct visibility inside and outside the boutique
The Sales Associate also ensures:
12. Adhesion to Boutique security and loss prevention procedures
13. Regular inventory controls and random stock checks
14. Goods-in receipt and stocking and transfers of goods
15. Expertise in a selected product category; regular sharing of knowledge with team members
Your precious skills we are looking for:
16. 5+ years experience in retail business environment or luxury brand business
17. Retail or hospitality background with an affinity for luxury
18. Passion for the Maison, its history and culture
19. Strong interpersonal and sales skills
20. Constant proactivity
21. Excellent selling skills
22. Exemplary team working spirit
23. Strong communication skills – vis-à-vis clients, Boutique team, HO Management, suppliers, partners
24. In-depth knowledge about the product portfolio
25. Solid competence with till systems (SAP,GK), Sales Force and Microsoft Office
26. Fluent in French, English and another language is an asset
