Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to syllabus development and assessment design.
* Assist in the exam prescription process, ensuring syllabus coverage is appropriate, balanced, fair, and aligned with external guidance.
* Write exam questions that align with the syllabus, are at the correct educational level, and effectively test data science knowledge.
* Participate in technical review and quality assurance of exams, administer and monitor marking, and prepare relevant reports.
* Attend conferences, prepare support materials for students and online platforms, and maintain the security and integrity of exam materials.
Applicants Must Have
* Awareness of the global and diverse nature of ACCA candidates.
* A relevant professional or accounting qualification with strong technical expertise in data science.
* Experience in examining within higher education or an awarding body.
* Interest in accountancy education and data science.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Understanding of diversity and equal opportunity issues related to exams.
* Ability to manage large workloads, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
