What You'll Do
* Contribute to global communication and marketing campaigns, including taking ownership of sub‑projects
* Maintain, design, and publish content on the corporate websites
* Independently implement various communication initiatives
* Create and edit content for internal and external channels
* Work closely with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Communications, and other departments
* Plan, organize, and execute operational communication materials and activities (e.g., corporate presentations, giveaways, imagery, content modules, visual assets, etc.)
* Coordinate and manage internal and external service providers for the production of photo, video, training, and graphic materials
* Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines to promote a consistent internal and external brand image
Who You Are
* Master's degree in Communications (university/university of applied sciences)
* Initial professional experience in an international industrial B2B environment is desirable
* Knowledge of the HVAC, building technology, or related industries is an advantage
* Structured, efficient, and reliable work style with conceptual and networked thinking
* Strong service orientation and high level of initiative
* Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
* A team player with a sense of humor and an interest in expanding your skill set
