Are you our new team member to support us as a Betrieb Tournant:e starting August 2025 or by agreement?
You will work Monday to Friday, typically from 11:00 to 16:00, with hours varying seasonally. The operation is closed during the 13 weeks of cantonal school holidays, and no shifts are possible during this time. Five weeks of paid vacation are included.
Our tasks include:
1. Cleaning dishes
2. Washing and operating the dishwasher
3. Ensuring dish return flow (clearance station)
4. Assisting at the front, including greeting, serving, and advising guests
5. Handling cash register during busy times
6. Maintaining high guest satisfaction
7. Supporting in the kitchen area
8. Managing waste disposal (cardboard, etc.) and floor cleaning
9. Assisting in the office area
Your success factors:
* Team player
* Practical experience in gastronomy/hospitality
* Good spoken German skills
* Willing to learn and hygiene-conscious
* Structured and independent

Your workplace:
The BFGS canteen, located at the Berufsfachschule für Gesundheit und Soziales, offers 140 seats and a terrace with 60 seats. The menu includes snacks, sandwiches, and daily changing self-service buffets, producing up to 150 lunch menus daily. Internal and external catering events are also held. True to ZFV philosophy, meals are prepared fresh on site using regional, environmentally sustainable, and fair-trade ingredients.
