This role will be pivotal in elevating the role and impact of shopper marketing within Sazerac, making it a key driver of growth.
Reporting to the CMO, this role will lead and grow the global shopper function. Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and deploying global shopper assets, toolkits and “Perfect Store” frameworks to drive executional excellence.
* Translating shopper insight into strategies that influence the full path‑to‑purchase.
* Collaborating with sales to strengthen customer development and retail impact globally.
* Defining the long‑term vision and priorities for shopper marketing, aligning resources behind growth priorities.
* Mentoring the US team and embedding best practice across international markets.
Candidates will bring significant shopper or trade marketing expertise, ideally complemented by progression into broader commercial roles. US retail and shopper experience is essential. Experience across areas such as data‑led execution, AI‑enabled retail tools, image recognition, POS testing, and sales force effectiveness will be considered advantageous.
Candidates must hold EU or EFTA work eligibility. This role offers an attractive international package commensurate with its seniority, including relocation support.
