* Lead and develop a team of Therapeutic Specialists through individualized coaching, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.

* Design and implement learning plans, mentor team members, and ensure continuous upskilling in product knowledge, disease areas, and customer engagement.

* Set regional sales targets, manage budgets and resources, and ensure effective execution of brand and franchise strategies.

* Monitor KPIs and sales force effectiveness, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimal use of CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales leadership, with strong expertise in coaching, performance management, and team development.

* Deep understanding of the Swiss pharmaceutical landscape, including payer systems and regulatory environment.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
