About us
Gisada is a Swiss luxury perfume and cosmetic brand, represented in over 90 countries including Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and many more. To further expand our business into the apparel and footwear segment, we are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our team at our offices in Winterthur, Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop complete product ranges (RTW apparel, shoes) from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with quality, design, commercial goals, brand strategy, compliance, packaging, and communication.
* Define and implement product strategy and roadmaps.
* Manage the launch of new products for both national and international markets.
* Oversee projects from idea creation, through production and launch, to end-of-life phase.
* Conduct market analyses and trend research to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver product training and presentations.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., design, purchasing, marketing) and external partners (suppliers, factories, manufacturers).
Your Profile
* Degree in Marketing, Product Development, Fashion Management or similar field.
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (apparel and/or footwear industry).
* Experience in technical product design and production processes.
* Strong creativity and innovative mindset combined with commercial awareness.
* Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
