About the Role
We are seeking a Housing Supervisor to join our HR team at MRH-Zermatt. This role involves developing strategies to improve guest experience and ensure employee well-being.
Main Responsibilities Support the HR team in implementing housing strategies aligned with MRH-Zermatt's needs and growth.
Housing Management: Oversee daily staff housing operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, allocate units, and maintain records.
Maintenance and Upkeep: Conduct inspections, coordinate repairs, and schedule preventive maintenance.
Policy Development: Create and enforce housing rules, communicate policies, and address violations.
Staff Support: Serve as main contact for housing inquiries, facilitate onboarding/offboarding, and conduct orientation.
Administrative Duties: Record maintenance requests, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting.
Communication: Build relationships with staff, vendors, and management; promote effective communication and support company activities.
Team Management: Lead by example, foster a supportive environment, assign responsibilities, and encourage teamwork and continuous learning.
Additional Responsibilities Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
Participate in meetings and company events.
Support HR in various duties and embody MRH values and culture.
Personal Requirements Hospitality or Housekeeping apprenticeship or education.
Fluent in English; German and other European languages are a plus.
Sociable, balanced, empathetic, flexible, proactive, responsible, trustworthy, and globally aware.
