* Lead the sectoral planning procedure for electricity transmission lines as well as plan approval procedures and expropriation procedures for electrical installations, mainly in German and, if possible, in French
* Conduct negotiations on objections
* Draft opinions, measures and decisions
* Prepare legislation
* Handle parliamentary questions and interventions
What makes you unique
* University degree in law, preferably with a lawyer's licence
* Professional experience in a court, law firm or administration, in-depth knowledge of administrative law
* Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work purposefully with a focus on results, writing skills and negotiation sense, persuasiveness
* Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
