We are opening a position for an Operational Business Analyst to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva. This role is part of a broader initiative aimed at structuring and optimizing training programs, with a focus on harmonizing processes, enhancing learner journeys, and defining a coherent and scalable operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and understand current practices
Map end-to-end program lifecycles, from design and enrollment to delivery and evaluation
Review existing materials (course catalogs, activity plans, reporting templates) to detect inconsistencies and overlaps
Evaluate governance frameworks, roles, and decision-making processes
Assess the effectiveness and reliability of current data collection and reporting systems
Identify organizational gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices
Design a standardized framework including processes, tools, and operational procedures
Support implementation of the target operating model and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams
Advanced degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education Management, IT, Public Administration, or similar)
At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or organizational design
Proven experience in complex environments, ideally within international or academic institutions
Strong expertise in structuring programs and formalizing processes (SOPs, process mapping, frameworks)
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and change facilitation
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable solutio
